Rolls N Bowls would not be possible if it wasn't for one lady, and that person is our Mom. Her name is Sam Vu. Our mother has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. She has done everything from dishwashing to head chef. In the early 90's, she owned and operated two of the most popular restaurants on the west bank called Saigon and Thanh Thao. We wanted to continue her legacy today with Rolls N Bowls by sharing her food with our customers. All of her recipes have been pass down to us from her special house sauce to her famous broth in our Pho. We are proud to continue the tradition and her legacy.
